TERMS AND CONDITIONS-By purchasing, Client agrees to the following:

1. Client fully understands that the lighting conditions may vary depending on the room, causing dark or grainy photos, and is NOT the Photographer's responsibility; Photographer is not responsible for room or date and time changes; or anything out of the Photographer’s control. Flash may not be allowed at indoor venues.

2. There are no refunds, all sales are final; the exception is in the event that the Photographer cannot fulfill services, a full refund will be issued. 

3. The amount of liability for any situation which may arise is the amount paid (i.e.: inability to fulfill services due to illness, lost negatives or digital images for any reason). 

4. Photographer is not liable for any reason for any photograph taken and/or posted of Client. 

5. Photographer has the full rights to photograph the Client. 

6. Photographer is sole and exclusive photographer for the Client during contracted time. 

7. Client has unlimited right to use Photographer’s copyrighted photographs for noncommercial purposes only: social media and website posting; not-for-profit sharing to family members and friends. For digital products for sale, a commercial license is required. 

8. Client understands that any manipulation of Photographer’s work is prohibited. 

9. Photographer and heirs own the copyrights for all images created, and can post them sell them, enter contests, publish and distribute them, use them for promotional purposes without compensation. 

10. Client will receive color, high-resolution JPG files. Client agrees to tag @ueharaphotography when using and to list "Uehara Photography" where photo credit is required, especially in publishing.

11. Client may present Photographer with suggested photos, but understands that the Photographer does not guarantee capturing of any specific moment(s).  

12. Client will receive digital images via electronic delivery. Rush service fees apply. The fee is $75. 

13. Scheduling confirmation will be made upon receipt of payment.

By purchasing this package, buyer agrees to these terms.
